Round the Clock: Chinese American Artists Working in Los Angeles will present the work of contemporary artists, George Chann, John Kwok, Jake Lee, Milton Quon, and Tyrus Wong. This exhibition is part of the Getty Foundation's Pacific Standard Time initiative. This unprecedented collaboration, initiated by the Getty Foundation, brings together more than sixty cultural institutions from across Southern California for six months beginning October 2011 to tell the story of the birth of the L.A. art scene.

Tony Walton Announced as Recipient of Art Directors Guild Lifetime Achievement Award

Tony Walton, veteran art director and set designer of stage and screen will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Art Directors Guild’s Production Design Awards in February. Walton is best known for his contribution to the concept art and costume design of “Mary Poppins” as well as his work on numerous Broadway productions. His other film credits include “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum,” “The Wiz,” “Equus” and “Murder on the Orient Express.”
The Art Directors Guild’s 16th Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards will take place on February 4, 2012 in Los Angeles, CA.

In January 2012 Red Line Tours proudly launched a new series of collectible souvenir tickets designed by world-renowned Smart artist, Andre Miripolsky, as a memento to patrons of the tour and of their visit to Hollywood. Each new year will hail the release of the next installment in the series of images depicting iconic or celebrated Hollywood history.
